Description

General Summary:  Provides customer service support to our Field Service Operations.  Answer phones to respond to customer inquiries as well as make outbound calls to ensure the company meets and/or exceeds defined goals.  Project a professional company image through all interactions.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Communicate effectively with consumers using all modes of communication to include “Live Chat”
  • Answer incoming calls and chat requests within appropriate time frame
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Identify, research and resolve customer issues using the designated software or operating system
  • Make outbound calls as assigned either manually or in a campaign and disposition accordingly
  • Set appointments for upgrades based on availability and customer preference
  • Accurately code the appointment in the appropriate software
  • Take messages off general mailbox and distribute when assigned
  • Keep record of activities and report production numbers to management
  • Alert Team Leader or Supervisor of potential complaints and/or customer dissatisfaction
  • Notify Field Service when special accommodations are requested by customers
  • Perform skip tracing work when assigned
  • Keep clear records of actions taken

  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Education Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be computer literate with ability to learn software applications
  • Good command of basic English and grammar
